Instinctive Insights is a growing, high-tech, data-driven marketing company based in North Columbus, Ohio. We have been around for 7 years, and in 2019 we spun off from our parent company to become a unique identity. We recently hired two SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Managers … and now we need a third to support new clients.

The primary role of this position is to gather content and campaign requirements from internal account managers or directly from clients for Google and Microsoft Search Campaigns.

You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, day-to-day tracking and performance tweaking, ROI reporting (yes, we look at PROFIT and not just impressions and clicks – that is so 2000s marketing), and client reviews with recommendations. Clients will be both “internal” account managers and “external” clients directly.

YOU WILL OWN THIS POSITION AND THE DIGITAL SUCCESS. We are not a big company. No one hides under a team or presents metrics that do not matter. You will intimately collaborate with clients and staff daily and report to both the CEO of our company and our VP of Business Development.

We offer a fun, flexible, (but work hard) quick entrepreneurial work environment. Most employees work remotely. Some like to go to our office, either regularly or when they want to be around others. We have employees in Ohio, Texas, and Rhode Island. Your contribution is what matters, not where you live or if you come to an office.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Google/Bing PPC and SEO
  • Experience with YouTube Paid Ads
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram Ads is a plus, but not required
  • Strong grammar skills for evaluation and creating content
  • The ability to create or tweak landing pages is helpful, but not required
  • Good with numbers and ROI calculations and performance evaluation based on “data”
  • Consult with clients and internal team to implement strategies
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies – you OWN this position and the GROWTH
  • Meet with clients in a team environment to review results and make recommendations based on trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
